Hello loyal readers, this is your not so loyal blog writer :) I just had a fabulous day, so no excuse not to write a sparkling blog post. Despite being a little under the weather, the last few days have been super busy.

I finished filming my reel and that will be ready in the next few weeks hopefully. After that I will be able to start submitting that out to agents, so win. Also today I had a featured juggling role in a SAG webseries and got my third voucher so now this gal is SAG eligible. YAY! Also today I found out I got into a musical benefit concert singing a song from "Kiss me Kate", which is amazing because I love Cole Porter, it will be so nice to be singing and dancing again. It's been too long.

Anyways I'm going to keep this post rather brief because I put in so much good news in just a few lines. Have a lovely evening :)

Wow my last post was in October. I'm so bad at keeping up with these things. The good news is that I wasn't posting because I have been pretty busy. I am still taking classes twice a week at the Beverly Hills Playhouse and I love it there. A very supportive environment, great teachers and really cool classmates. I also get to put up songs as well as scenes which satisfies my need to be constantly singing. I am also still auditioning a lot and have been taking a lot of casting director workshops. I also am currently in the process of creating my acting reel. I'm going through a company that writes and then shoots your reel for you and we should be shooting in a couple of weeks, and I am very excited. Once I have my reel done I will start sending it out to agents and hopefully someone is interested! :)

Wow that was a lot of hooplah but just wanted to post a breif update so I can get back to posting on here regularly. Now for a short story about last night. Me and my high school chums Ali and Devin went back to our alma mater last night to check out Corona del Mar High School's production of Carrie the Musical. The kids in it were really talented I was very impressed. The whole production reminded me of my senior show, Zombie Prom. Lately it's been feeling like i haven't matured or grown at all the last 7 years, but going back to CdM definitely proved that to be wrong. It is all so far away. It's great going back to your roots and seeing everything in a different way. It reminds you that nothing is permanent and things that seem difficult now, will someday be just a silly memory. It made me proud to laugh at who I was and happy with where I am now. We were the koolest kidz at Corona del Mar high school last night and Devin and I had a breakfast club moment running through the hallways.

Hey There! Long time no see. I realized that I haven't updated on here in a while. Luckily it's because I've been busy and not because I have had nothing to post. I have recently started an audition class at the Beverly Hills playhouse (in addition to the scene study classes I was already taken). I haven't ever really taken an audition class before, mostly because I hate auditioning, which is actually an excellent reason to take one I suppose. Anyways its proved to be extremely helpful and I have been going into all of my auditions lately making stronger choices and just having more confidence. So win in general.

Also I got into a new play! I didn't even have to audition, which is the best. The director saw me in Vampire Masquerade and just on the spot asked me to do it. The shows called "Murder can be Fun" and it's hilarious, right up my alley (or allie) ;) anyways it should be a lot of fun. Runs on sundays in November.

Today I had a great audition. It was for a character in my friend Bethany's web series, Part-Time Fame. My character was described as "scary Mary Poppins" and I got to sing "Spoonful of Sugar" in a most evil fashion. I had a great time just doing this audition regardless of whether I get it. Those are my kinds of auditions!

Anyways it's late and I have my audition class in the morning. Hope everyone is doing well.

Good Morning!

Happy Saturday Everyone. This is shaping up to be a very productive weekend. I'm working on a scene from Sleepless in Seattle with my friend Alejandra for acting class. It's great cause the scene is just girl talk so we are going to be eating Ben and Jerrys. I'm playing the Rosie O Donnell part...what ever happened to that lady. After Harriett the spy I thought she was the coolest woman ever. Made me want Rosie to be my nanny too! Anyways the scenes gonna be super fun. Also Tomorrow I'm doing extra work for one of my classmates short films and I'm gonna get my first SAG voucher doing it. win.

Oh and good news. I got into a short film. It's called Black Birds Daughter and I am playing a princess who is lost in a forest, it's gonna be killer! Really excited about that. Also the play is coming along well, I really like my cast. I also got to watch the current cast perform last night and it was a lot of fun. Excited for when we open and I'm glad we are going to be performing in October cause its a great Halloween show :)

Anyhow I hope everyone is having a fabulous weekend. Stay cool. I'm hoping to get some beach time in.

Hey Guys!

It's been  while since I updated so I thought I'd post a little blurb to update ya'll. I got into another play, yay. It's called "Vampire Masquerade", its a lot of fun. I also recently did my first background work for a tv show. It was for 90210 and it was a ton of fun. Got to meet a lot of really cool people and it was very exciting being on an actual set and seeing how everything works, It's crazy how huge these things are. I look forward to working on more sets and getting to meet more people.

I recently have been working with my ukelele some more and I want to post some songs on here, so look for that. Ali Ross and I are hoping to jam together also so maybe we will get some duets :)

Also my voice teacher said I should be looking for a agent to represent me in musical theatre so when I send out all of my agent letters I'm going to also send some out to theatre agents and get em all done at once. Yay, strategy!

Random fun story for the week. My mom sent me home with a potted flower that pretty much died the moment I got it here. The next few days our house was filled with flies. I don't know if the plant brought them or not, but it was not pretty. Luckily i have David the Fly Slayer as a roommate. He Mr. Miyagi-d those suckers in no time! It was really fun to watch.

Anyways that's all I can think about writing for now. Hope everyone is doing well. :)

Heeeeey!

Sorry for the delay in entries. I've been occupied by fun. Very inconvenient I know. Drew and Mike have been in town, visiting from New York, and the old gang reconvened in the OC for good old fashion summer time. I have the sun burn to prove it. Anyways it was a weekend full of beach, pools, delicious food, and all around good times. But now I am back in my apartment in LA reminded that it's time to get back to work. Oh real summer, how I miss you. It is hard for me to accept the fact that now that I am done with school, I will never have a true summer again.

Anyways my new to do for my career is to start sending headshot and resume to agents. I was putting it off a little bit just so I could kind of get a hang of the industry. But I have been in LA now for almost 4 months and I think I'm ready to take the next step.

Sherlock Holmes opened this past weekend and it is going very well. It's truly a lot of fun and I adore my cast, you guys are all fabulous. Oh and all my friends who have come to see the show: you guys rock. The rest of you, get on that. There are more performances this upcoming friday-sunday at 8. Do it.

Well I think that's all I can think of right now. Stay cool. :)

Hello there! It's been a while since I updated on here, so even though it is far too late to be blogging I shall do it anyways, because I am a rebel like that! I had my callback today and it went really well. Thanks so much Bree for lending me your dress. If my acting wasn't impressive at least my dress was sexy.

Tonight got dinner at Boss Sushi with Devin and Dave. Despite the ridiculous name, Boss Sushi is actually a pretty swanky sushi restaurant. Good stuff. Then some Halo (which I'm terrible at) and Dave and I have been watching Legend of Korra today. What a good show. i really like how it's in the same world of Avatar but they made it a completely new show. Kind of a turn of the century steam punk feel to it. Very cool. Excited to see what happens.

This week is tech week for my show, but it won't be too crazy cause there are no tricky lighting or sound cues to worry about which is nice. I'm excited. Really love my cast, you guys rock.

What else can I say to delay the climbing into my hot bed. Oh my hot bed that has sheets! Yay! I almost forgot to bring them again but then my mom called me to come back to the house and get them. What would I do without her. So ya, it is miserably hot, but at least I have sheets like a normal person. Anyways I better get to bed so I'm not too grumpy in acting class tomorrow. Stay classy San Diego :)
